Thunder

The thunder of tiny paws comes
Sounding up the stairs
Across the foot of the bed
Hello children

Who wound up the kitties?
What, not us daddy
That must be some other kitties

Then with the flick of a tail
The thunder of tiny paws heads back down the stairs
