There are LOTS of ways. One very common way is called "Chicago" and is described in a recent post on this forum.
A slightly different way that is perhaps a bit older is to score as in Rubber Bridge but curtail the play of a round after four hands. Sometimes this is a partial game, sometimes it is a partial rubber, sometimes it is two rubbers.
I am sure there are plenty of other methods as well.
What is the "right" way. However the players in the group have been doing it for years. If you are starting a new group I suggest you use Chicago since it is common and is well documented.
