You don't say where you are, so we don't know if 2H is alertable, but assuming it is, first, South has acted correctly in calling the TD and explaining the failure to alert (law 75). Now, West's double cannot be withdrawn, because East called after that, but East's pass can be withdrawn (law 21). If East keeps his pass, then the hand is played out, and if the TD determines the NOS (EW) were damaged by the MI, he may award an assigned adjusted score iaw law 12C2. If East makes some other call, the auction continues, the hand is played out, and probably TD will allow that score to stand, although he might still adjust using law 21 and law 12 if he feels EW were damaged by the MI (if they damaged themselves by doing something silly after the MI was exposed, that's their problem). There might also be UI implications (see law 16, law 21, and law 75).
