This is a forum on Bridge Laws. If you want to ask a question about bidding there are associated forums called 'The Bridge Table' and 'Ask an Expert' which are very suitable for you.

Furthermore, people do not reply to you direct in forums: that is not how they work. You post a question, then a day or two later you come back to see what replies there are.

You can set it to send you an email if there is a reply.
