Dummy's rights ( 17:01:52 SunMay 11 2003 ) | |
Country: spain
hi all,
see the next situation:
dummy see the scoresheet or leave his sit and see declarer's hand during the play.
after he return to his sit, the defenders make a revoke.
The play finish and then dummy is the first to claim the revoke.
do you think he has lost his rights and may apply the law 43 b 3?

That Law only applies during the play. Once play is finished dummy is no longer dummy, and can point out irregularities without penalty.
