Calculation of Pairs Tournaments

I consider myself to be a (THE would be stretching it a bit, if not much) authority in the field of calculation of Pairs' Tournaments. I have spent quite some time in the last 10 years in studying the problem. I have discussed this with Gerard Neuberg and Ton Kooiman and they have not called me a fool, quite the reverse.
