Can I bring pets with me?
by the British Tourist Authority
Due to the possibility of animals bringing disease to the UK, you are not allowed to bring them with you on holiday. All pet animals entering the UK must have a current licence and undertake six months quarantine at an approved quarantine premises. It is now possible to bring pet birds to the UK, certain quarantine conditions still apply. Please note any illegally imported animal is likely to be destroyed.
