Little Feet has been taking physics lessons lately. You know; the ones that use a pool table to demonstrate elastic and non-elastic collisions.
He has discovered that he can zoom up the hall, and use the corner of the bed to change direction without slowing down. This is disconcerting, especially if you happen to be walking across his path at the time.
Although I haven't hip-checked him into the bookcase in a few weeks, there are still some close calls. Either I'm getting better at anticipating him, or he's getting better at dodging me, or we just happen to be lucky lately (most likely - grin).
Now that he's learned that he can ricochet of the side of the bed, I'm just waiting until he figures out that the bed has potential as a trampoline, at inhumane hours of the morning (grin).
